Partner Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

1. Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Bizmitra products, pricing, or capabilities.

2. Engage in spam or unlawful marketing (unsolicited bulk email/SMS, misleading ads, or purchased lead lists) to generate referrals.

3. Submit fraudulent, self-dealing, or incentivised referrals, or otherwise manipulate attribution and commissions.

4. Misuse co-branded assets, trademarks, or enablement materials, or present yourself as Bizmitra or an official reseller unless expressly authorised.

5. Share partner credentials or allow unauthorised parties to access the portal.

6. Attempt unauthorised access, scraping, or circumvention of portal controls, quotas, or tracking.

7. Use the program in any way that harms Bizmitra's reputation or violates applicable law.

Violations may result in withheld commissions, suspension, termination, and where appropriate, referral to authorities.
