Partner Program Agreement

1. ACCEPTANCE. By accessing the Partner Portal or any partner benefit (referrals, enablement, co-branded assets, commissions), you agree to this Partner Program Agreement on behalf of yourself and your organisation.

2. PARTNER ROLE. You are an independent partner. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, franchise, or joint-venture relationship, and you may not bind Bizmitra to any obligation.

3. REFERRALS & ATTRIBUTION. Referrals are credited per the program rules and tracking in effect. Bizmitra determines qualification, attribution windows, and eligibility in good faith.

4. SUB-PARTNERS. Where sub-partner networks are enabled, you are responsible for your sub-partners' conduct and their compliance with this agreement.

5. USE OF BRAND & MATERIALS. Enablement materials, business cards, and co-branded assets are licensed for legitimate promotion of Bizmitra only, and must not be altered to misrepresent the product.

6. OBLIGATIONS. You will represent Bizmitra honestly, avoid misleading claims, and comply with all applicable laws including marketing and anti-spam rules.

7. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION. Bizmitra may suspend or terminate participation for breach, fraud, or reputational risk, with notice where practicable.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. The program and portal are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizmitra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost referral income.

9. GOVERNING LAW. This agreement is governed by the laws of India, with good-faith negotiation before any dispute is escalated.
