Commission & Payout Terms

1. EARNING COMMISSION. Commission is earned on qualifying referrals that convert to paid Bizmitra subscriptions, per the rates and tiers in effect for your partner type.

2. QUALIFICATION. A referral qualifies only when attributed to you within the applicable window and after the referred customer completes a qualifying payment. Bizmitra determines qualification in good faith.

3. RATES & TIERS. Commission percentages depend on your partner type and any tier or override configured on your account; Bizmitra may update forward-looking rates with notice.

4. WALLET & STATEMENTS. Earned commission accrues to your partner wallet with statements available in the portal. Balances are shown per currency.

5. PAYOUT. Payouts are made to your verified payout details once the minimum threshold is met and after any clearance/hold period, subject to valid invoicing and tax documentation.

6. CLAWBACK. Commission on refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, or cancelled transactions may be reversed or deducted from future payouts.

7. TAXES. You are responsible for your own taxes on commission income. Applicable withholding may be deducted where required by law.

8. DISPUTES. Commission disputes must be raised within the stated window; Bizmitra's records are the reference for resolution, applied in good faith.
