Partner Privacy Policy

1. WHAT WE COLLECT. Partner account details (name, email, organisation), authentication data, referral and lead records, commission and payout information, and support communications.

2. WHY WE COLLECT IT. To operate the partner program, attribute referrals, calculate and pay commissions, provide enablement, and secure the portal.

3. LEAD & CUSTOMER DATA. Details of leads and prospects you submit are processed to evaluate and attribute referrals. You confirm you have a lawful basis to share them.

4. RETENTION. Referral and commission records are retained for the life of the account plus any period required for tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

5. SHARING. We use infrastructure and payout sub-processors. We do not sell partner or lead data.

6. YOUR RIGHTS. You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your partner account data, subject to records we must retain for financial and legal reasons.

7. SECURITY. Access is authenticated via the partner guard and protected with least-privilege controls; sensitive actions are audit-logged.

8. INTERNATIONAL HANDLING. Data may be processed in the regions where our infrastructure operates, with appropriate safeguards.
